Innovative technology that allows the effective treatment of contaminated aqueous streams organic matter from industrial sources, facilitating reuse.
Eliminates organic matter with 99.9% conversion by oxidation catalytic wet basis.
Organic compounds present in the effluent are removed in aqueous medium air in the presence of a catalyst, so that the organic matter becomes dioxide carbon and water
The process occurs in a wet basis: contaminated water is preheated to gain steam It is mixed with air in a catalytic reactor operating in continuous mode, obtaining water clean and CO2 gas at the outlet. The process is autothermal, because the reaction generates heat. The technology has been validated at pilot plant with various real effluents.
