Hidrocaot
Low concentrations of COD
Innovative technology that allows the effective treatment of contaminated aqueous streams with organic material of low biodegradability at atmospheric pressure and room temperature, facilitating reuse.
Recalcitrant organic matter present in industrial effluents is eliminated by advanced catalytic oxidation technology with conversions of 99%.
The organic compounds are oxidized in aqueous medium with hydrogen peroxide or ozone in the presence of a catalyst. The generation of hydrogen peroxide (water hydrogen) occurs in-situ to avoid problems associated with handling.
The process takes place in continuous operation, obtaining clean water and CO2 gas at the outlet. The technology has been validated at pilot plant with various real effluents.
